About the event
The workshop is part of a research project run by Joslin McKinney, a professional designer and lecturer who works at the University of Leeds.
The aim of the workshop is to use arts methods to explore how people relate to Bramley Baths and how they can imagine the Baths being used in the future. In this workshop, we’ll take a close look at Bramley Baths and notice the how the different spaces of the building - and all the things in those spaces - make us feel . Then we’ll use simple modelling techniques to explore those ideas and imagine new possibilities for the future.
Workshop structure:
Introduction to the workshop Guided walk through and around the building (c.30minutes)
Using modelling to explore observations through sketches and models (c. 45 mins).
Sharing what people have noticed and what they have made.
