Instructions Not Included - Creative Workshop 1:00pm - 2:30pm

Join Sonia Moran, the Arts Engagement Co-ordinator at Sunny Bank Mills Gallery, for embroidery and craft workshops inspired by Instructions not Included.

The workshops will explore women’s and girls’ relationship with ageing. Participants are invited to embroider and craft their thoughts, feelings, complaints, and celebrations about ageing as words, images or designs onto swimming costumes, and have a chat with other women around the themes of the exhibition. 

All workshop materials will be provided EXCEPT a swimming costume. Please bring one if you can but don’t worry if you can’t, Bramley Baths will have some available. A small fee of £5 covers all materials. If this is prohibitive please contact helen@bramleybaths.com to discuss.

If you don’t complete your piece during the session you can take it home to complete and either post or drop it into the Baths. We plan to display workshop costumes at the Baths in the coming weeks.
